2. Services

We provide photography, videography, content creation, website design, and digital services for individuals and businesses.

All services are customized based on the client’s needs and agreed upon before the project begins.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after agreement on the project and receipt of a deposit (if applicable).

  • Remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed timeline.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule depending on availability.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if agreed.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in full or partial charges.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are communicated before or during the project.

  • Final content is delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, client delays, third parties) are not our responsibility.

6. Revisions

  • Basic revisions may be included depending on the project.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Clear feedback must be provided promptly to avoid delays.

7. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive usage rights for personal or business use depending on the agreement.

  • Commercial use may require specific licensing terms.

  • We retain the right to use content for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and clear instructions

  • Be present and prepared during scheduled shoots or meetings

  • Obtain any necessary permissions (locations, people, music, etc.)

We are not responsible for issues caused by missing permissions or inaccurate information.

9. Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work at all times. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, losses, or missed opportunities

  • In the unlikely event of technical failure, liability is limited to the amount paid

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including weather, illness, travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Website & Digital Services

For website and digital projects:

  • Clients are responsible for providing content unless otherwise agreed

  • Ongoing maintenance or updates are not included unless specified

  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services (hosting, plugins, etc.)

12. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for communication and project delivery. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
